Monoflanges
Pipeline Actuation Control supplies a specialist range of monoflanges which can be used as an alternative to multivalve systems. PAC’s monoflanges are commonly used for process control applications such as process isolation, instrument take off points, chemical injection systems and venting applications.
Our DK-Lok range of monoflanges can be manufactured class 150 to 2500 and in sizes up to DN80. Standard materials of manufacture include Carbon Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, Duplex and Monel however we have access to other exotic materials as well.
Configurations include single block, block & bleed and double block & bleed with our needle valves as OS&Y, bolted bonnet, integral screwed bonnet with anti-blowout stems and non-rotating stems.
Types:
Compact single flange-mounted manifold configurations. Single block, block and bleed or double block and bleed configurations, OS&Y (Outside Screw & Yoke) bolted bonnet and integral screwed bonnet construction, Anti-blowout valve stems and non - rotating. ANSI B16.5 flanged inlet connections from DN15 to DN80 (1/2” to 3”)
Materials:
316SS, CS, duplex, super duplex, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276, Inconel 625, titanium & Incolloy 825. Fire safe to BS7655 Part 2.
